SWALLOW
In an only too rare
patch of blue sky
a single swallow
dreams
of summer.

I hate you for being able to build such an image with so few words. I am AWE STRUCK!!
We have not had a clear sky since June 23rd.

Still got blue sky today (Sunday)… it’s rather alarming, I find, when you’re not used to it!
Not to worry. My solar garden lights will burn bright tonight, much as I do when y’all enjoy a new poem.
