To West Quantoxhead around mid-day, picking up Graham and bringing him home.
He was exhausted after the Valentine Ball effort and wanted nothing more than a few hours sleep to recharge. He got it.
The Ball was a glowing success. It’s good to go out on a high note. Two of his bar staff from last year, now moved on to other jobs, came back to help out and to say goodbye. Says a lot for a bloke, does that. And for the girls, too.
Back home, rested and recuperated, he was boiling over with determination to get the house tidy, spick and span, ready for valuation.
I think we’re in for a busy week.
