She will not be moved

Sunday February 13, 2005

“Well, that’s the last day done, Dolly,” I said.

She regarded me silently. I suspect she may be a little tired of the sound of one voice cheering.

“Yeah. I know. Let’s have an early night. We’ve earned it.”

She shook herself gently, which is just as well when you consider how assiduously I had vacuumed the carpet, and toddled along to claim her place at the foot of the bed. Shortly after I turned off the light she gave a big sigh and snuggled down, tight and unmoveable.

It takes a lot to move your average, determined Mega-Cat.
